What is it?

These "toys" are hand cast resin prototypes.

First we sculpted each character, either in
clay or from a wide variety of parts.

Then we made our molds. This was done
either with polyurethane or silicone rubber.
In opening the molds, in most cases the originals
were destroyed.

These molds were then used to cast these
prototype toys. They are made of insta-cast, a
type of urethane resin, much like plastic. Which
we cast by hand and carefully assembled.

These are very limited editions, of less than
ten, and many less than five. Each is hand
painted and guaranteed to be full of
imperfections.
